1. Who Can Join
Our platform is for individuals 18 and older. By creating an account or buying a course, you’re confirming you meet this requirement.
2. What You Get When you sign up for a course, you get:
- Personal access to the online materials (videos, downloads, etc.)
- Access for the lifetime of the course (unless otherwise stated)
- Email notifications about the course and occasional updates (you can opt out anytime)
Please don’t share your login or course materials with others. These resources are created with care and intended just for you.
3. How Payments Work
We use Stripe to securely process all payments. When you buy a course:
- You’re charged in CAD, as listed
- Stripe handles your credit card and billing details securely
- We never store your full payment details
- You’ll receive a receipt or confirmation via email

4. Money-Back Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our courses and want you to feel confident in your decision. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund - no hard feelings, no awkward conversations. Just email us at [email protected], and we’ll issue a full refund. Your feedback is always welcome, but never required to get your money back.
Please note: Refunds may not be available beyond this window or once a significant portion of the course has been accessed or downloaded.
5. Respecting Our Work
All course content—videos, PDFs, text, and images—is owned by Fox And Rabbit Studio and protected under copyright law.
You’re welcome to use it for your own personal growth, but it may not be shared, copied, or reused without written permission.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
The yoga practices we offer are designed with care, but every body is unique. Please consult your doctor before starting any new physical activity, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.
By participating, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable for any injuries.
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or cancel access to our courses if these Terms are violated—especially if there’s misuse of content, account sharing, or abuse of the platform.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any legal matters will be handled in the courts of Manitoba.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our site, with the updated effective date.
