All of the courses share a depth of knowledge in accessible language, through intentionally short videos. That way, you can spend more time doing what is most important…being on your mat and receiving the benefits of your practice. Each course presents a yoga philosophy concept that is beneficial to all practitioners, regardless of the style of yoga you enjoy.
Looking to understand how you can change your energy and why consistency is so important in your practice? This introduction to the yogic concept of the gunas is for you. This course breaks down the three fundamental energies that make up everything in the universe (including you!), and how a yoga practice can bring you back into balance.
Ready to deepen your understanding of how to balance your energy and get on your mat with some practices? We dive a bit further into the gunas and work with this knowledge through two accessible practices and a guided meditation that you can do anywhere. This is an excellent course to bring yourself back to your mat if you’ve been away for a while or if you need some support and motivation.
