About Lisa Towson
With over 30 years of personal practice and nearly 25 years of teaching Iyengar yoga, Lisa is dedicated to helping other women reconnect with themselves through grounded, consistent practice.
She practices everyday - whether it's two hours, an hour, or ten minutes. That consistency is what keeps her connected to her innermost self, and able to move through life's small and big challenges with grace and a sense of wonder. And she wants the same for you.
